November Snow, Day 2

Posted on 25 November 2011

Wednesday’s snow storm covered the world with white.  For Thanksgiving Day, the white remained, but added in were sparkling jewels as the brilliant sunlight lit up the icy branches.

The images are difficult to capture on my ancient digital camera, so use your mind’s eye to see the refracted light sparkling like diamonds on the branches.  The trees were dressed in holiday wear as together with friends we celebrated Thanksgiving.
